Each runner has their own special connections with running. there are things such as what the temperature also the type of weather like sunny, cloudy, raining or a combination of them all. Also there is a specific place in which they like to run. This could in the mountains or it could be through the woods. But each know that there is a connections that there can not be connected through any other activity. There are lots of things that can affect runs are things such as the type of shoes and the cloths that are being worn. As stated there are some many things that can change the aspect of a run.
When it comes to my favorite run i would like to wake up when the sun is shining around 7am. Put on my shoes and start out on a path that goes through a corn field that is cover with grass. This is my favorite spot because you can feel and see the individual droplets of dew flick of the grass and off the tips of your shoes. The sun beaming in your face creates sweat where the droplets feel frosty because the ground is still cool.
Then i would go to a path that goes through the woods. This makes it nice because there is a connection with the nature and that you can her birds singing the songs that match the beat of your running pace.Then its great to get into rougher terrain were you really push your body to the limit. When you are running up embankments create a fatigue in your legs that people only know if they have ran more than 5miles then ran up a large hill.
Then i would say to end the run i would love to have it be raining but it is still warm out not cold. I would be taking the road back with a up beat and speedy pace were you splash and feel that water bursting under your feet. Than getting back to your house there you get a rush of accomplishment knowing that you just finished a fun run and you still have the rest of you day ahead of you.
